How Long Will My Information Be Active?

We believe it is important for privacy and security to delete or destroy information when it is no longer needed. Unless you are under consideration for assistance, have updated your information, or reasons we may feel necessary to retain your application, your file will be deleted and destroyed 3 months upon receipt. Therefore, it is extremely important you keep us updated on your situation if assistance needed is ongoing. You may request to have any personal information you have submitted to Chiari Fund be deleted or destroyed. You may contact us by mail, email, or phone of such a request. Steps will be taken immediately to have said information deleted from your file.
